User Agreement

1. General
1.1. This User Agreement governs the use of the Scenlio online service (the “Service”).
1.2. By using the Service (registration, login, payment, content generation), the User agrees to this Agreement and the Privacy Policy.
1.3. If the User does not agree, they must stop using the Service.
2. Service description
2.1. Scenlio provides tools to create AI characters from user‑uploaded images and generate media content (photos/videos) plus supporting assets for social media (captions, hashtags, templates, “content packs”).
2.2. The Service provides intangible digital services and may be updated or changed.
3. Registration and account
3.1. To access features, the User creates an account and must provide accurate information (at minimum — email).
3.2. The User is responsible for account security and actions performed under the account.
3.3. The Administration may restrict access in case of suspected unauthorized access or abuse.
4. User content and rights
4.1. User Content includes files (photos/images), text, and other materials uploaded or entered into the Service.
4.2. The User warrants that they:
— have all rights/permissions for uploaded materials;
— obtained consent from individuals depicted (if applicable);
— do not violate third‑party rights or law.
4.3. The User grants the Administration a limited license to process User Content solely to provide Service functionality (training/character creation, generation, storage, export).
4.4. Generated content is created automatically. The User is responsible for its use, publication, and compliance with platform rules (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and laws.
5. Prohibited use
5.1. The Service must not be used to create/distribute:
— illegal content, extremism, incitement to violence;
— sexual content involving minors (zero tolerance);
— content infringing third‑party rights (copyright, trademarks, right of publicity);
— content aimed at fraud, deception, extortion;
— deepfakes/impersonations of real people without consent, including public figures (unless explicitly permitted);
— content violating payment provider/platform rules.
5.2. The Administration may block requests/results and restrict access for violations.
6. Limitations and disclaimer (AI)
6.1. The Service is provided “AS IS”.
6.2. The Administration does not guarantee:
— specific results (views/followers/revenue);
— uninterrupted operation or error‑free service;
— accuracy/uniqueness/legal compliance of generated outputs.
6.3. The User understands that AI generation may produce unpredictable results.
7. Subscription, credits, payments, refunds
7.1. Access is provided under the selected plan/subscription and/or credits displayed in the Service.
7.2. Subscription may be auto‑renewing if supported by the chosen payment method. The User can cancel renewal via settings or support (depending on implementation).
7.3. Credits (if applicable) are internal units of usage. Credits:
— are not money;
— are not exchangeable for cash;
— may be limited by time or plan;
— are consumed on generation (as shown in the UI).
7.4. Refunds for digital services are provided only as required by law and/or if the Service failed to deliver due to its fault.
7.5. The User must contact support before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
8. Service IP
8.1. UI, code, design, templates, text, and Service materials are IP of the Administration (or rights holders).
8.2. Copying/reselling/decompiling/bypassing technical limitations is prohibited without permission.
9. Access restrictions and blocking
9.1. The Administration may restrict or terminate access in case of:
— Agreement violations;
— abuse/attacks/spam;
— legal or payment provider requirements;
— risks to Service or third‑party safety.
9.2. In case of blocking for refund/compensation violations, access may be limited if allowed by law.
10. Privacy
10.1. Personal data processing follows the Scenlio Privacy Policy.
11. Limitation of liability
11.1. The Administration is not liable for:
— damages/lost profits;
— actions of third parties (platforms, providers, payment systems);
— blocks/sanctions from social networks due to User publications;
— consequences of using Generated Content.
11.2. In any case, liability is limited to the amount paid by the User for the last billing period, unless otherwise required by law.
12. Changes to the Agreement
12.1. The Administration may change this Agreement. The current version is published on the site.
12.2. Continued use of the Service means acceptance of the updated version.
13. Governing law and disputes
13.1. Governing law: [specify country/jurisdiction].
13.2. Disputes are resolved through a claims process, then in court at the Administration’s location, unless otherwise required by law/contract.
